Startups

We look for startups all year round.

We scout innovative companies with the potential to disrupt the current apparel and textile value chain, bringing a positive environmental and/or social impact. In particular, we are seeking startups that address challenges in the following areas:

  • New Materials

    Replacing standard materials with new innovative alternatives. Exploring new agricultural techniques to sustainably and reliably increase yield.

  • Dyeing, Processing & Finishing

    New methods and chemicals for more sustainable treatment of textiles.

  • Cut-Make-Trim

    Additive manufacturing, production and customisation techniques. Zero waste solutions.

  • Overarching Innovations

    Innovations to boost transparency, traceability and worker empowerment. New ways to redesign the supply chain, including zero carbon manufacturing. Innovations in transport and packaging.

  • Retail & Use

    Circular business models which create solutions to improve the supply chain through customisation, visualisation, rating and microfibre solutions.

  • End of Use

    From chemical to mechanical recycling as well as product life extension models, resale platforms and new business models.

Our mentor community has a breadth of experience.
